After an accident it is a very stressful time! But the Easidrive team were always there for me ~ no long wait to speak to someone on the telephone!I had a complete meltdown a couple of weeks ago ~ I spoke to James who was totally lovely to me and eased my worried mind! The only negative I have was the hire car was too big for me ~ but guess that was also to do with recently having an accident and loss of confidence driving! Added worry of car not belonging to me!
