Particularly impressed with the prompt response from your organisation after the accident involving my vehicle.Jon the courier who deliver my courtesy car could not have been more accommodating. He did his best to sort out problems which manifested themselves with the initial hire vehicle and resolved the issue satisfactorily.However l do think it would be a good idea to contact the recipient of the hire car before a vehicle is delivered so that subject to availability the size,type of vehicle the customer would be comfortable with can be established.
