From the moment I reported the accident at about 08.00hrs, it took until 16.00hrs to get me a replacement vehicle, then my broken vehicle was assessed a few days later and sadly written off. A value was offered I asked for this to be looked at again and a fair settlement was reached. I was paid out and was back on the road in a new vehicle 😊. They collected the broken vehicle with no problem then collected the hire vehicle with no problem. Every step of the way I felt like the professionals at EasIDrive were on my side, after all, I don't get into an accident every day but EasiDrive deal with this every day and it shows. Help that is Help because the last thing you need in a difficult situation is the help not helping and making stupid statements like "The computer says NO !"
