Overall the service provided by Easidrive was very good. I was kept informed of progress on the repair of my car throughout the process. What I did feel let down by were a few unnecessary and confusing emails asking me for information which had already been provided. I also received phone calls after the return of my car from various people which worried me. Opening statements such as “I have been passed your file to arrange recovery of the costs involved” did not go down very well. Neither did exactly the same call from a different person a few days later.
