Hi. Very easy to deal with. My hire car, after an accident, was delivered within hours. To my door. Was happy enough that I dropped the delivery driver back to the railway station. Nice car. I asked for an estate as I was due to go on holiday. Kept it long enough to find another car. Collection was just as hassle free. Return the car with same amount of fuel. I received a call to give me a collection time. So I collected the driver from station. A quick inspection and he was off. Couldn't fault them.
