I am horrified by the treatment I am receiving from your recovery staff. I find their behaviour totally unacceptable. In asking me unnecessary questions and wanting confidential bank details when they should be talking to the other insurance company over a very simple and straightforward situation.
Words cannot express how negative I now feel towards your company. Sad, when your other staff have been so brilliant.
