It is not easy to find the surface terminal parking, it is not well signposted for people who do not know the airport. The online booking system is not very friendly if you need to amend your parking dates. I had to cancel my original booking, then create a new booking then contact customer services to get a refund for the original booking. Then at the exit barrier the machine said I was due £ 385.00. Not a very pleasant experience.
