My husband and I stayed in this flat June 2 - 13, 2013. It was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts met us at the door and helped us up the stairs with our luggage even though we we arrived an hour earlier than planned. (You do need to be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator.) The apartment was stocked with essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc) and even tea, coffee, and biscuits. It also included free WiFi. The location is perfect for exploring the city. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Princess Street Gardens, the Grassmarket, tour busses to visit the Highlands and other attractions, local grocers, shops, restaurants, taxis, and more. The location is ideal. We did not have a car and we didn't need one. At night it was quiet, with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. All arrangements (payment, arrival, departure) were completed easily. Great deal for a perfectly located, clean, and comfortable flat. we had a terrific time in Edinburgh and I would definitely stay here again!
