We loved this old-town flat! It was comfortable, sunny, and best of all quiet which was important to us. It is a really spacious flat with an extra large kitchen that has a great view toward the theater, cozy living room, and modern bathroom. The location was perfect, just 2 blocks off Grassmarket, 2 blocks from Princes Street Gardens, about 2 blocks from the High Street, and very near Tollcross. It's located in the heart of the city, but still offers a quite retreat with lovely garden. The flat had everything we needed for our extended stay including washing machine, dishwasher, and everything needed to prepare meals. We would happily stay there again!
