This is by far the best place we have found to stay in Edinburgh (and we have been to quite a few). Buses on the doorstep; as are pubs and eateries. Lovely quirky house; and extremely nice hosts, who live next door. We will definitely be returning. In fact this is the 2nd time we have been there.
