We stayed in this apartment for one week, just before Fringe Festival started, and it was just fabulous. A perfect location just off Royal Mile, nice view over the Princess Street Gardens. Facilities were sufficient for our stay (there even was a washing machine in a separate (shared) laundry room, which was not advertised) and our host has always been very helpful with all our enquiries. The bar downstairs tends to get loud on Sundays, but that didn't bother us too much (after all we are on vacation) We'll gladly come back next year for another visit to the best city in the world!
