I've stayed in quite a few apartments recently, and can instantly get a feel of a place. This flat is lovely and modern, well kept with good facilities and was a good location for my needs. Leith Walk, the Omni centre and Broughton st are just a few - 10 mins walk away. On my first night I had a problem with the lock, but this was quickly sorted out and was not a problem again. Recommended.
