Located just outside the city centre, it is close to everything yet free from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has its own private parking and, for those without a car, the bus stop is less than a five-minute walk away with routes to the main shopping/business thoroughfare of Princes Street, the University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, shopping (Asda and Gyle shopping centre) and to the Airport. A Tesco supermarket is also a few short minutes walk away. Altogether a good experience.
