The flat was very nice indeed, beautifully furnished, original fittings, comfortable, cleaned and maintained to the high standard it deserved. It was convenient for buses (and will eventually be convenient for trams) and also for taxis and Haymarket station, though the walk to Princes St was easy. And the Water of Leith walkway was just down the road.
Many of the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants locally were very good indeed.
