Good things:
- perfect location for most sights and amenities
- amazing views from the flat
- very well equipped, stylish design and spacious living area
Bad things:
- the window blinds let nearly all light through, so hard to sleep past 6am; also, the flat gets very hot unless all windows wide open
- with windows wide open it gets very noisy; supermarket delivery van from 7am every day, also noise from nearby building site
