A supermarket, restaurants, & bus stop from which a very regular service runs to Princes St & Leith are 1-2 mins walk away & the University it's close by,. Parking is provided via an electronically controlled entry gate for added security. The apartment is very well appointed, extremely comfortable & furnished to a high standard .
