Stayed here for New Year’s. Excellent location and a really nice apartment which was very clean and very comfortable. It was warm and had all mod cons. It was only a 10min walk to Princes Street. There was a Tesco around the corner which was very convenient for getting supplies. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Edinburgh. The only con I would have is that it didn’t have Wi-Fi
