Excellent location...Flat very modern and comfortable..everything you need including washer....landlady Alison very welcoming. Local bus service no:(22)on door step every ten mins: into Edinburgh £1.40 however many stops...have the right change as no change given! Taxi service on bridge next to flat approx: £6.00 into Edinburgh. Local supermarket two min: walk...also Royal Yatch Brittania ten min: walk...recommend this apartment as would use again myself.....Hennie
