The flat was in an excellent location, within walking distance of the ocean shopping centre with its shops and cinemas as well as the Royal Yacht Britania, but far enough away to be quiet. The flat was warm, had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. A lovely view from the balcony across the water, with a view of the sea & docks in one direction and the cafe's, hotels and bars on The shore in the other. No need to use the car as buses run every few minutes into Edinburgh centre, you can even walk back (we did it in about 40 mins)
