Along with sister and nephew (3yrs) we stayed here just for 2 nights but it was exactly what we needed, a home away from home.
The flat is quiet, it's right next to both train and bus stops, both of which are fast into Edinburgh. Its extremely well (and nicely) furnished and it has everything you could need in there.
I will certainly be staying there again, and have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.
