Loved staying in this flat - it's spacious, immaculately clean, nicely decorated, only 10 mins by bus into Princes Street and the Castle (buses are frequent). It's also fully stocked with basic necessities like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cereal, shampoo, soap, hair dryer etc, plus some complimentary muffins and milk. We visited in October and the heating worked well, making it a very warm flat. It's on the third floor, so quite a few stairs, but was very managable (and good exercise!). We didn't find it too much at all. The owner, Derek, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful... a delightful man who went out of his way to help us. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
