Located off the bus lines 7, 11, 14, and 21 (thus giving easy access to the Old & New Towns), the flat is in a quiet residential area. All appliances and furnishings are to a high standard - there's nothing shabby here, though we did find the kitchen a bit cramped. The ceilings are very high and the whole place feels airy and spacious. For those with small children, there are several playparks within walking distance. The only thing that bothered us was the building's common stairwell up to the flat. It is dark and does not look well-maintained at all in comparison to the flat and building exterior, in fact it was downright scary even when the lights came on in the evening. However, the flat itself is tastefully done up: the first picture of the living room and bay window is certainly an accurate depiction of its character.
