Due to the tram roadworks the house wasn't easy to find. However it is in a quiet part of the financial district and once there it has the luxury of a garage and therefore parking is not a problem. The house has been recently refurbished and boasts a fully equipt contemporary kitchen. The rest of the house is spacious, decorated to a high standard and very comforatble. It is a few minutes walk from the top of Princes Street and just around the corner from the Traverse Theatre. It's an excellent location and all Festival venues are a short walk away, as are other famous attractions.
Hospitality from the Angie the 'greeter' on arrival was first rate. She couldn't have been more helpful and always contactable.
We had a fabulous stay. The only negatives were the alarming noise of the Seagulls at night, the lack of WiFi and the TV can only receive BBC channels. These are however very minor points.
