The apartment has many positive features (spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed kitchen). Utilities work and are easy to control. There are a few negatives, possibly subjective for some visitors :
- walking distance to "city center" at the comfort limit.
- the close vicinity looks a little "drab".
- the building common spaces are not welcoming.
- the bathroom faucets are separate (cold/hot), more than annoying.
- the TV set is smaller than a laptop monitor ... but plenty of programs available (no "sports").
