Lovely flat in brilliant position in Leith close to bars and restaurants. Easy to get to from ring road.
Frequent buses up to town but nice to walk it if you've got the legs (about 35mins)
Shared areas a bit shabby as always but entering the flat is like arriving at an oasis - bright, clean and airy with a great view over the water
