We (2 adults 2 kids)had a very enjoyable stay at this flat. It was ideally located for sight seeing in the city - very managable to walk to castle, royal mile, princes street etc. Nice atmosphere in the immediate locality including the university and park; also handy to have local store and cafe. Great view from the lounge, comfortable living space and bedrooms. All the facilities in the flat were in good order. Overall we we had a very satisfactory stay.
