Have stayed at this flat twice now and would do so again. Nice tidy, clean flat just a shame about the size of the loo - it's no bigger than a cupboard!
The access is a pain at first - up 3 flights of stairs (spiral- sort of) 60 steps in total, I know I counted them :), but trust me you do get used to them!!
No problems with the neighbours - never saw any of them, just heard the guy opposite when he cleared a massive pile of rubbish (old carpets and furniture)from outside his front door......
