Lovely flat, clean, spacious and had everything included you could need. Shops nearby for food essentials but the owner provides the basics. Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Bus stop on the doorstep and is ten minutes from the centre. You could walk no problem but as we were traveling with young children we used the bus and taxis. We would definately recommend this flat to anyone planning a stay in Edinburgh.
