I Stayed in this flat with 4 friends in August, we found the flat to be in an excellent location, only 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre.
The flat was very well equipped and was an excellent rental, the owner was in easy contact before the rental and was willing to answer many questions.
This comes highly recommended and would definitely be booked again for future stays in Edinburgh.
