Very nice flat; plenty of space, very clean and modern, with all the mod cons, everything you could want. The double bedroom has an ensuite which we weren't expecting! Location is brilliant (ten minute walk from the Gilded Balloon, very useful during the Fringe), and very quiet even though it's right in the centre of town. Only two negatives; it got very hot in all the rooms because of the floor-to-ceiling windows, even with the windows open and the blinds down. Also, we weren't given the exact address when we booked, so spent a long time trying to locate it with only the expertise of the cabby to help. A proper address and some directions would have been very helpful.
