Hi me and a friend ( 2 girls ) stayed here a few days over the fringe festival, and it was perfect! it was 10-15min walk from Princes Street, but it felt safe walking at night time. there was an off licene and a co-op seconds away. the actual flat was great, super clean!everything you could ask for, including books, movies and tea and milk! would 100% stay here again !
