23a Stafford Street was fine for our purposes, it was great to have the parking space, albeit a bit precarious with the drop!. Beds were very comfortable, the showers I had were all hot but I believe some of the others had trouble later on in the week. Would be good to have the boiler instructions in the handbook. There were a few niggles, such as no hot water in the sinks and a used condom in the bottom drawer of the back bedroom which was not encouraging in terms of cleanliness! Smelt a bit damp in the main bathroom, so we endeavoured to keep the door open to air it. All in all it was fine and very reasonably priced but the hot water situation needs to be looked at.
