The flat was roomy and perfectly adequate for our needs. It was a short walk to the royal mile and grassmarket area. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend!
The good: location, price, and size
The less than good: depending on which side of the flat you're on, the noise level varied...walls were thin and you can hear the main door slamming (2 floors below) in the front room. In the back rooms it was quiet, with the only noise from birds squawking in the morning.
