A clean, comfortable, modern flat with secure gated parking, a lift and free wifi. 15-20 min stroll into the city centre or via Holyrood Palace, also there are frequent buses just around the corner. There's a retail park (including Sainsburys) 5 mins walk away. We were greeted on arrival and given a bottle of wine and a bottle of milk. Excellent communication (email and text), the owners were very friendly and helpful and even came round one evening to help me connect my laptop to the wifi! We would definitely rent the flat again and recommend it to others.
