We found this apartment to be a very clean and well maintained basic apartment.It had a good spacious living room with a small kitchenette at the rear,it also had a very good pull out double bed sofa. the main bedroom was very big and the single bedroom was a good size too.Edinburgh centre is only 15 mins away by bus or taxi from the main street in Newington.which is only a two min walk from the apartment.we would certainly reccomend it for a visit to Edinburgh.
