This flat was an excellent choice for staying over the weekend. It has cozy bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully-equipped, clean kitchen and two modern bathrooms with a shower each. Everything was in a clean and orderly state. The flat is located about 20 minutes by foot from the city center. The walk is uphill, but there is a bus stop a few yards down the road (the 42 takes you to Prices Street). The street is somewhat busy with a bit of traffic even during nighttime, but keeping hte windows closed can mostly eliminate the noise. There is a supermarket, ATM, and bakery just down the street (~2 min. walk), along with several pubs and restaurants in the area (no need to go dining downtown at tourist prices). The flat is just above a Pizza Hut takeout and a Chinese takeout, but this is not noticeable at all inside the flat, neither by noise nor smells. The contact with the owner (who does indeed live here) was very friendly and uncomplicated. I can definitely recommend this flat.
