the flat is perfect, the location also. I can recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Edinburgh and who wants to be right in the center while being very close to public transport.
The only thing that bothered us is that you have to pay one part to edinburgh flats and the damage deposit to the owner of the appartment. This works confusing and it is not practical as we experienced when we had to get a refund of the damage deposit
