Apartment is set in an old school building which has some original features, a parking space which is great. It is in dean village which is only 5 mins walk from princes street. But it is so quiet and peaceful you felt like your in the countryside. Its right next to the river. With great walks and views. The apartment is a great size, with a large kitchen/diner and a good size lounge. The bathrooms are a good size and the showers are lovley and powerful. Two of the bedrooms are a great size with a good amount of storage. The third bedroom is smaller we had asked for it as a double, it is better suited as a twin, it has storage just outside the room. We were told at booking that this was a small room, but it was fine and was more than adequate. The apartment has almost everything that you could need including washing machine and dishwasher. There was also board games, DVDs an an I pod dock in the lounge. We have never rented apartements before as always stayed in hotels, we would be very reluctant to go back to hotels now.
