Ace flat, great location (although bare in mind if you're there in high summer and need the window open to sleep, the street outside is definitely reflective of city living!) and all the amenities that you'd want right on the door step. A bus stop right outside the door is great for when you want to come home after a heavy day of plodding the streets and seeing all that Edinburgh has to offer. Only downside is having to come home to work! Highly recommended
