The location of this flat was great for a family(10 mins walk from Waverley)and allowed us to enjoy the sites easily. The flat was very comfortable and clean overall but a little more attention was needed in he kitchen as needed to wash the cutlery,glasses and cups before use as were dirty and it would have benefited from a good wipe down between lets to remove the build up of grease.However I would not let this put me of staying there again.The concierge and residents very friendly as was the greeter who arrived promptly at the agreed time and dealt with a minor difficulty we had with the heating without delay.
