A first-rate flat in an excellent location at a fair price. I spent a week there with the wife and 2 adult children. The Grassmarket area is an ideal base for visiting Edinburgh. The flat is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner works nearby and is easy to contact if you need any help or advice. Over the years I have used several different flats in Edinburgh and this one was by far the best I have found so far.
