Good size, well heated, roomy flat. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we were delighted to find some basics in there like herbs and spices, tea and coffee etc. Having soaps and body creams in the bathrooms was also a really nice touch. Comfortable beds in the bedrooms (nice quiet bedrooms too)although the bed settee in the lounge did not erect properly, perhaps due to previous rough handling by someone. Overall this flat was real value for money for Edinburgh.
