I booked this appartment on Fountainbridge to see the Scotland v Italy match in the 6 nations and I was really pleasantly suprised by its space (very convenient kitchen and can accomodate up to 6 people) and its comfort (very comfy beds and very quiet street). Yet, we were about 1 mile away from Murrayfield and the City Centre which made it convenient. I will definitely come back to this flat next time I go to Edinburgh.
