When my in-laws came for a visit from Canada, my husband and I wanted to take them to Edinburgh for a couple of days to play tourist. The Grassmarket flat was perfect for our group of 5 adults. My in-laws loved the flat, especially all of its period features and charm. The flat was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials (linens, towels, kitchen items). The location was perfect for exploring the city and had lovely views of the Grassmarket area and castle. The only difficulty one might find is that the spiral staircase leading up to the flat could be difficult for people with mobility issues or young children. However, I was 7 months pregnant at the time and managed just fine! Finally, the price was extremely affordable for the location and quality of the flat, especially when compared to having to book 3 hotel rooms! Would be very happy to book here again in the future.
