Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful, kept me up to date with every stage of the purchase. I've researched Rolex for years and Jonathan got the watch I wanted in stock and contacted me straight away, sent photos of the watch, gave me all the details for insurance purposes, adjusted the strap. He sent it to me on Thursday and I received it on Friday. Really helpful guy, would recommend
