Jonathan at Edinburgh Watch Company had been recommended by friends and family so it was an obvious first port of call when I started looking for my next timepiece.
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with great communication, lots of specialist knowledge and a really trusting environment. A trusty great customer experience.
