How do you write something new in a review that has dozens of reviews that are all 5 stars?
Bought my Rolex Oysterdate back in 1974 and gave it to my grandson on his 16th birthday recently. Serviced, polished and new crystal and almost like new.
My wife offered to buy me a new one for my 75th. Wanted the Datejust 41 and so started looking for an almost new used model. Found Edinburgh Watch Company and as chance would have it they had exactly what I was looking for. Just under 18 months old with silver face and in mint condition. Very close in looks to my old Oysterdate.
Late Monday and I was on the phone and speaking to Jonathan. He was the consummate gentleman. Very knowledgeable and passionate about quality watches. It was a pleasure speaking with him. After discussing the watch and agreeing the price, Jonathan kindly offered a few pounds off, unasked, I transferred the monies. Jonathan dispatched the watch first thing Tuesday morning and it arrived safely before lunch on Wednesday. Everything was as described on the website. The watch looks fantastic. Very understated.
Anyone looking for a used high quality watch in excellent condition need look no further.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.
