I am overjoyed with my Rolex Submariner. Jonathan made the whole experience, from the first enquiry to placing this magical piece on my wrist, seamless. It was lovely, for Louise and I to meet with Jonathan, who was very welcoming, warm and friendly. He is obviously passionate about his subject and took his time to explain and seemed to enjoy sharing his vast knowledge of luxury watches.
