I recently purchased a watch from EWC. As you might expect the watch is outstanding, but what made the experience uniquely different from any other vendor was Jonathan. He took time to suggest various watches which may be of interest, not simply the more expensive watch I had enquired after. He also gave me time to wear some watches to gain a feel for what was exactly right for me. His passion for his watches is only matched and perhaps surpassed, by his interest in his customers. Truly Five Star Experience !
