I contacted Jonathan by telephone to ask for his advice on purchasing a Rolex Submariner from a friend of mine, however while Jonathan was giving me his expert opinion and excellent advice I noticed that there was a Rolex Submariner Date on his web site so we discussed this watch in detail and I felt that this would be just perfect for my collection. Jonathan was a pure gentleman and I felt really at ease talking to him about my purchase, he even gave me his time where he helped me through my on line purchase. I have purchased a new Rolex from an authorised dealer which is in my collection, but I must say that the experience of purchasing my watch from Jonathan far exceeded the level of expertise and customer care that I received from the Rolex dealership. True to Jonathans word the watch arrived by special Royal Mail delivery on the Tuesday morning as promised, it was exceptionally well packaged and he had seized the bracelet for me as requested so it just fitted like a glove. The watch was just stunning, I know Jonathan said the watch was in mint condition but in my estimation it was better than mint to the point it was absolutely phenomenal you would have thought that you had just taken the factory stickers off the watch yourself. To sum up my purchase and experience Jonathan was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable with a passion for watches, his business and his customers where the communication between Jonathan and I was fantastic to the point that Jonathan gave me an impeccable service throughout and I found the whole experience of dealing with Jonathan an absolute pleasure.
